Are you ready to make a special dessert your family and friends will love this St. Patrick's Day? When it comes to Irish food, Irish cream cheesecake is sure to delight your guests.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 9-inch springform pan
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
Step1
Make or buy a ready-made graham cracker crust and chill it in a 9 inch springform pan.
Step2
Blend the cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until the mixture is completely smooth.
Step3
Blend in two eggs and Bailey's Irish cream. Follow this by adding each of the remaining two eggs separately.
Step4
Pour the smooth mixture into the chilled crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step5
Cool to room temperature and then cover with plastic wrap.
Step6
Refrigerate and then top with whipped cream and shavings of chocolate.

Tips & Warnings

  • Toppings can include different variations of green decorative pieces for a festive look.
  • Traditional Irish cream cheesecake is often garnished with chocolate curls and small silver candy balls.
