Are you tired of floss shredding and getting stuck in your gums? Even worse, trying to floss tight molars? Your easy solution is here!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Tight teeth ;-)
  • Dental floss
  1. Step 1

Gently work floss down between teeth..gently work around to loosen the debris

  2. Step 2

Now...getting the floss out! Instead of pulling back up between the teeth, simply let go of one end and slide the floss out of the side!! (I couldn't believe I had never thought of it before my hygienist pointed it out)

  3. Step 3

    Continue through entire mouth.
