You will find how easy this recipe is to follow and you will enjoy the most tender, tastiest piece of beef you have ever eaten. It will melt in your mouth, as well as the gravy that is created while baking.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs beef top round with some marblelizing
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can 10.5 oz mushroom soup
  • 9 X 12 baking pan
  • Heavy aluminum foil

Step1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Step2
Place heavy duty aluminum foil in bottom of 9 X 10 baking pan with edges of foil passing over edges of pan.
Step3
Place beef in the center of the foil lined pan.
Step4
Mix in a bowl the package of dry onion soup mix and the can of mushroom soup. Spoon all of the mixture over the top of the beef allowing the mixture to drape over the meat.
Step5
Place another sheet of alumium foil on top of pan folding both sheets of foil together towards the center of pan.
Step6
Place the pan in center of oven and bake for 3 hours.

Tips & Warnings

  • Set your clock and wait. Nothing else needs to be done.
  • If you want thinner gravy add beef broth.
  • No clean up needed. Remove foil and throw away.
  • Enjoy!
