Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. snap peas
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Step 1
Wash and trip ends off snap peas. Combine soy sauce, sugar, sherry and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Add oil to wok or skillet. Heat at high until oil is hot, approximately 1-2 minutes. Add snap peas and cook for 2 minutes on high heat.

Step 3
Add soy sauce mixtuure to the snap peas. Continue to cook on high heat for 1 more minute. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
