How to do yoga on the go

most of us heard of yoga, many of us want to start yoga, a few have time. all of us think only if we had time for some exercise on the go. well here you are now we can practice yoga breathing exercise on the go.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • enthusiasm
  • plenty of air to breath

Step1
sit upright. if you are standing keep your back bone straight. make sure you have enough room to breath easy as you will be breathing heavy for the next few minutes.
Step2
use your right hand. stretch your fingers facing you. fold your index and middle finger. keep your thumb, ring finger and your little finger stretched.
Step3
with your thumb gently press close your right nostril and breath in from the left nostril. hold your breath for 2secs. with your ring finger press close your left nostril and release your right nostril and breath out. hold it. now breath in from your right, close your right release your left and breath out. hold, breath in from your left hold and breath out from your right.
Step4
the sequence would go like LEFT IN, HOLD, RIGHT OUT, HOLD, RIGHT IN, HOLD, LEFT OUT, HOLD, LEFT IN, HOLD, RIGHT OUT. Repeat for 5 to 10mins. this practice of breathing exercise in yoga is called PRANAAYAM.
Step5
this process should always start from left and end with left. this type of pranaayam is the first step in the breathing exercise. practicing Pranaayam will improve oxygen levels in our blood and burns 100 calories for 30 mins.

Tips & Warnings

  • breathing in expand your stomach and breathing out contract your stomach will help you do a bit more work out for those muscles.
  • breathing in heavy and breathing out heavy will ensure you to take in as much as oxygen as possible.
  • consult your physician before starting any exercise.
