This versatile bread has a malty aroma that is excellent with cheese. The yeast from the beer causes the bread to rise so there is no kneading! A real crowd pleaser!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • All-purpose flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Beer
  • Butter

Step1
Preheat oven to 350ºF degrees. Grease and line a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with baking parchment.

Step4
Spoon the dough into the prepared pan and pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the top.
