How to Remove a Bra With One Hand

Taking off a bra can either make or break sexual tension. It's far from sexy to have a man fumbling around back there when the mood strikes. It's especially difficult to remove a bra with one hand. However, with a little bit of practice, any man can learn to unhook a bra like a pro.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

1. Reach your hand around to her back and slide your index finger between her back and the bra from the top down. With your nail facing her back, pull the bra away from her skin using your index finger.
2. Squeeze the two outer parts of the bra inward with your middle finger and thumb, pinching the segments together and filling the gap that you made with your index finger. Now you can remove your index finger.
3. Pinch the bra as close to the clasp as possible and use a snapping motion to pull the hooks out of the eyelets.
4. Pull the strap off of one shoulder and then take the strap off of the other shoulder. You are now able to fully remove the bra.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't let the back bra strap snap back against her skin. This ruins the mood completely and may get you a slap in the face.
• Don't be arrogant or cocky and tell her you're a pro at getting a bra off with one hand. Women want to feel special, and hearing about your other conquests is sure to turn her off and spoil the romantic moment.
