How to Use a Crystal Ball
Crystal balls conjure images of gypsies and roadside fortune tellers for most people. But using a crystal ball, or scrying, is a practice of many ordinary people. You can use many other objects for scrying, including mirrors, glass or water. Follow these steps to use a crystal ball.

Find or purchase a crystal ball in an occult store or online. It isn't important if it's real quartz or glass. Either works.

Clean the crystal ball with a soft cloth. Place it in moonshine for several nights to charge it. Select a dark place to store your crystal ball away from others. If others handle your ball, it can pick up their energy.

Create a mood with dim lighting and burning incense or candles. You may also want to play soft music. Creating a relaxed mood changes the frequency of the room, making it easier to enter altered states of mind.

Place your ball on a table on top of a stand or silk cloth used only for scrying. Sit down facing it and close your eyes. Visualize a white light from above pouring down through your body and cleansing it of negative energy. Say an affirmation to yourself or out loud that you want to attract only positive energies during this experience.

Think of a question to ask the ball and say it out loud or in your mind. Open your eyes, and stare at an area of the ball to which you feel drawn. Let your eyes relax and go slightly out of focus. Sit like this for several minutes or as long as you are comfortable.

Notice a mist forming within the crystal ball. Refrain from staring at it directly. Keep your eyes slightly unfocused with the ball in the periphery of your vision.

Wait until you see the mist subside and images begin to form within the ball. Just let them come. Your subconscious blocks further images when you've seen all you need to know.

Watch until a mist enters the ball, covering the images back up. Thank the ball for its message and place it back where you store it. Return to your normal activities slowly while processing the images you received from the ball. They are usually symbolic, so it may take you some time to figure them out.

My crystal ball came in on Saturday. I used it for the first time Sunday. I did not see a mist I did see colors only blue red yellow purple. I did put all of my concentration into the ball. The next thing i knew the ball felt as if it had become liquid in a way or should i say it was pliable in one spot. When i placed my forehead against it i could feel the ball give way and yet when i lifted my head up there was no in print or anything. -

Hello miffix :0) To me it sounds like Baby and you are connected as one, some people have to really work hard to get to the stage you are at, hence waiting for the mist, you surpassed this stage, your inner eye or(higher self)connects to the higher spirital plane. As far as the colours go, you have alot of positive energy around you, the blue is healing, this is telling me that you can also do hands on healing or travelling healing, you are very open to reception so make sure you always say a mantra before and after using Baby (always in positive light). These are just my feelings and thoughts. Just out of curiosity would you happen to be a scorpio? so mote it be!

I asked my crystal ball if I ever will turn into a fairy. I saw misty picture of me with twiggy wings. Then I saw someone smiling and lots of thumbs up. Could anyone tell me what it means?

i have just got my crystal ball i clensed baby (the balls name...we welcomed each other and i saw images of four pepole and then coulors of blue,yellow ..and and also three ting bright yellow and white lights...this was my very first time ever and all these feeling i had i could not explain and all gatherd into onebut i did not see no mist but something happend so why did i not see a mist ?? any sugestions..thanks miffix

i have just got my crystal ball i clensed baby (the balls name...we welcomed each other and i saw images of four pepole and then coulors of blue,yellow ..and and also three ting bright yellow and white lights...this was my very first time ever and all these feeling i had i could not explain and all gatherd into onebut i did not see no mist but something happend so why did i not see a mist ?? any sugestions..thanks miffix
