Stand with your feet parallel to each other, about 2 or 3 inches apart. Place your arms at your sides.

2
Begin the exercise by bending your knees slightly and moving your feet apart in one hopping motion. Move your feet at a comfortable distance from each other, but make sure they're further than shoulder length apart.

-
3
Land on the balls of your feet. Use them to launch yourself as you bring your feet back together, then apart, and then together again and again, completing one move per beat.
-
4
Raise your arms over your head in a sweeping motion as you move your feet apart. To stay in rhythm, clap the palms of your hands together as they meet above your head. Your arms should stay straight as they sweep outward and over your head.
-
5
Lower your arms to your sides as your feet come together. Continue hopping to the feet apart position while your arms are raised. Lower your arms to your sides as you quickly hop back to the starting position. Complete one move per beat.
