Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

    Step-Ball-Change

  1. Step 1

Place your right foot flat on the floor. Rest your weight on that foot.

  2. Step 2

Lift your right heel slightly. Shift your weight onto the ball of your right foot.

  3. Step 3

Shift your weight onto the ball of your left foot. When the weight is shifted, drop your left heel to make a clicking sound.

  4. Step 4

Move your feet into the starting position of the next step. Do a step-ball-change in any direction, starting with any foot to position your body for the next step.

  5. Paddle and Roll

  6. Step 1

Put your left foot on the floor to support your weight. Lift your right foot off the floor and hit the floor next to the toe of your left foot.

Brush the right foot back. Your foot sweeps the floor with only the ball of your foot touching the floor.

  9. Step 4

Shift your weight from your right foot back to your left foot. Repeat the step on the other side.

Hop off the ground and landing on your left foot.

  13. Step 3

Stand with both feet on the floor.

  17. Step 2

Slide your right leg forward. Put your weight on the right leg. Drop the heel. This is called a chug.

Shuffle your left foot. Brush your foot forward with the ball and pull back with the ball of your foot.

  19. Step 4

Chug again, but this time with your left foot. Place your feet in the starting position for the next step.

  20. Riff-Drop

  21. Step 1

Lift your left foot off the ground a few inches.

  22. Step 2
