Staying healthy when you eat at a restaurant isn't always easy. With menus full of high-fat, calorie-laden meals, it's tough to choose something light. Chili's has made that task a little easier by coming up with a light menu called the Guiltless Grill. Whether you're craving seafood, chicken or even a burger, Chili's Guiltless Grill menu is sure to have something healthy for you to enjoy.

  1. Step 1

    Try Chili's Guiltless Grill Salmon if you're in the mood for seafood. With this entrée, you get an 8 oz. salmon fillet that is lightly seasoned and seared. The Guiltless Grill Salmon comes with black beans and seasonal vegetables topped with Parmesan cheese. This entrée has 14g of fat, 480 calories, 31g of carbs, 3g of saturated fat and 10g of fiber.

  2. Step 2

    Order the Guiltless Black Bean Burger when you crave a burger at Chili's restaurant. This is a vegetarian black bean patty topped with low-fat ranch dressing, tomato, pickle, lettuce and onion. The Guiltless Black Bean Burger comes with a side of seasonal veggies topped with Parmesan cheese. This entrée has 12g of fat, 650 calories, 96g of carbs, 2g of saturated fat and 26g of fiber.

  3. Step 3

    Choose the Guiltless Chicken Platter at Chili's if you feel like chicken. This entrée is a grilled chicken breast served with sweet corn on the cob, rice and steamed vegetables topped with Parmesan cheese. The Guiltless Chicken platter has 9g of fat, 580 calories, 85g of carbs, 3g of saturated fat and 5g of fiber.
