When thinking about fast food, usually one thing comes to mind--fat. All of those fatty burgers, greasy fries and triple-thick milk shakes really pack on the pounds. However, it's possible to get fast food that's good for you. Subway's Fresh Fit sandwiches include a good variety of subs, and they all contain less than 6 grams of fat.
