Magicians, monsters, video game characters and yogis all have miraculous super powers. Men and women today who want success in their lives, families, careers, paying mortgages on homes, keeping their weight down, doing their taxes, are in need of super powers as much as the next spiderman or wonder woman. A few tips may help you tap into those powers.

      Find a form of meditation that works well with your personality. Experiment with biofeedback and theta levels of deep meditation.

      Use positive affirmations. This can help ingrain in you positive ideas about your potential and what you can do in life.

      Exercise. Take a class in Tai Chi or yoga. Work on your agility and flexibility. Go to the gym. Doing this regularly can improve self-image and give you new ideas about your physical capacities.

      Eat really well. Maybe fast or only eat raw vegetables for a day. Avoid foods that you know are not good for you whether it is sugar, dairy products, coffee, alcohol or junk food. Try cutting these things out for a day or a week and see what kind of a difference it makes.

      Stand up for yourself, for those you love and for underdogs who need someone to stand up for them. It may give you a new sense of purpose, strength, identity and draw you closer to those super powers.

      Get inspired. Read "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill or another classic that makes you feel empowered.

      Sit back and watch things happen. Stay poised and alert and maintain your good habits. Add new ones to these you are already doing as you discover and need them. You may discover super powers you never knew you had; and who knows, you may become the master of your universe.
