- 3 lb. block of soft process cheese food
- 1 small jar of chopped pimentos
- Crackers, chips or vegetables for dipping

Take a three-pound box of soft block process cheese food (such as Velveeta), cube it up and put it in a slow cooker. Add a small can of tomatoes and peppers or a small jar of salsa.

Consider an optional ingredient here-brown a half pound of ground beef and add it to the cheese/tomato mixture. Turn the slow cooker on low and let it cook for two to four hours. Use your favorite dipping chips, crackers or vegetables with the recipe.

Soften three eight-ounce packages of cream cheese. Mix with two cups of shredded cheddar cheese and three tablespoons of chopped green onion. Add one package of dry ranch salad dressing.
