Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 oz. dark glass bottle
  • 2 to 3 drops of honey
  • 1 tsp. elderflower glycerite
  • 3 tbsp. rose water
  • 3 tbsp. orange blossom water
  1. Step 1

Dissolve the honey in the elderflower glycerite. Use a funnel to pour it into the dark glass bottle and shake it thoroughly. The honey and elderflower glycerite act as a humectant, attracting moisture from the air to the skin of your face.

  2. Step 2

Add the rose water to the honey/glycerite solution, cover tightly and shake well.

  3. Step 3

Pour orange blossom water into the bottle and shake it one more time. Close the bottle tightly to avoid having your toner evaporate.

  4. Step 4

Shake vigorously every time you use your dry skin facial toner to ensure the ingredients are well mixed.

  5. Step 5

Use a cotton ball to apply your dry skin facial toner. Use smooth upward strokes whenever toning your skin.
