  • Cucumber
  • Bowl
  • Milk
  • Cheesecloth

      Liquefy 1 peeled cucumber in a food processor or blender. Strain the mash through a cheese cloth to remove the seeds. Add 1/2 cup of milk and place into sterilized jars. This mixture will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. If it should begin to smell as though it has soured, dispose of immediately.

      Wash face thoroughly. Mix 1 whole egg with 1/2 cup of milk and 1 whole avocado or banana. Whip the ingredients until smooth and well blended. Apply this to face and neck areas in a circular motion scrubbing for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Pour the remaining mixture into a sterilized jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

      Combine 1/2 cup of cold milk with 1/2 tsp. of salt. Stir until the salt is dissolved. Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and gently dab it over the face and neck area. Allow it to sit for 2 to 3 minutes and remove with a damp tepid cloth by gently rubbing in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly, splashing your face with tepid water.

      Mix 2 tbsp. of honey and 2 tsp. of milk. Leave the mixture on for 10 minutes and wash off. This mixture is especially good for dry skin.
