This is a very easy cheesecake recipe and you can add things like chocolate chips or dried cherries to it before baking for a variation!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 - 21 oz can of cherry pie filling
  1. Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Farenheit.

  2. Step 2

Make the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly on the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan and set aside.

  3. Step 3

In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese and mix on low speed until smooth. Add the eggs and mix just until blended.

  4. Step 4

Pour the mixture into the spring form pan and place in the oven. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the center is set (not jiggly).

  5. Step 5

When the cheesecake is cool spread the cherry pie filling over the top. Serve chilled.
