  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can cherry topping

      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

      Beat together with a mixer or wire whisk the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well mixed, with no lumps of cream cheese still clumped together. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

      Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake it for 45 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out cleanly).

      Carefully remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Using a spoon, dish out as many cherries as you wish to have, and then drizzle the top of the cheesecake with the juice remaining in the can.

Tips & Warnings

  • Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it easier to mix,

  • Do not under cook this product, as it contains raw eggs.
