How to remover detergent stains from upholstery and carpets

Things You'll Need:

• old rug
• water
• muslin cloth or a dish cloth

1. sprinkle some water over the satin.
   rather dampen the stain

2. take an old rug and vigorously rub over the detergent mark until it froths out all the soapy substance.

3. press hard on the area with a clean muslin or dish cloth until all the dampness is absorbed, repeat the process if necessary

4. finally wipe clean with some water, this time with out frothing the area.
   
   now u have a clean, spotless carpet.

Tips & Warnings

• if u have a dark carpet or upholstery, try using a dark sketch to hide the stain if u cant get rid of it. works wonders.
• check with the manufacturer before you use any chemicals on the carpets
