Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- A Pencil {Or Writing Utensil}
- A College Ruled Peice Of Lined Paper
Step1
First you must start off with an introduction, or an "intro". Your intro should state the materials your essay is about, and why you are writing about it. But be careful not to give away too much info, because the more you give away in the intro, the less info you will have for your three body paragraphs.
Step2
The first body paragraph, always the easiest. This is because so much brainstorming is going on, and you have many ideas. The first body paragraph should contain lots of examples, for example, instead of saying, "Taking away a baseball field from our local park would ruin the town", you should say, "Taking away a baseball field from our park would ruin the town because the kids would have nowhere to go after school".
Step3
The next step is to write your second body paragragh, which should be just a tad bit harder, because this is right about where you will start running out of ideas. My stradegy is to write all my ideas on a piece of paper before I write the essay, so I won't run out while I'm writing.
Step4
The second to last step is to write the hardest body paragraph, which is of course, the third one. This is the hardest because, as I explained before, you will start to run out of ideas. If you are totally out of ideas, then you can put down your writing utensil, and look at a wall for a brief moment, this will help you concentrate on the material you are working on {this goes for everything}.
Step5
The last paragraph you will write is the conclusion, which includes a question like, "What do you think?", or, "What would you do?", and your opinion.
