Things You'll Need:
- 1 thin 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust
- 3 1/2 ounces jarred pesto sauce
- 2 chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper strips
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread with pesto sauce.

Cut up 2 chicken breast halves (or use shredded rotisserie chicken) and
spread over pizza. Top with roasted red pepper strips and mozzarella. -
Step 4
Bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp.
