Step 1
Begin by performing a handstand. To do a handstand lunge with one foot forward and propel the body toward a wall.

Step 2
Allow your feet to fall slowly from the handstand position into a bridge position. To accomplish this push into handstand with legs in a split position. Arch over, landing on one leg.

Step 3
Rock to get up on all fours with stomach in the air.

Step 4
Watch hands at all times during this exercise and use arms to stand up.

Step 5
Work up to the point where you are doing the whole thing without stopping.

Step 6
Learn to do a front walkover on your own first before trying to teach anyone else. It will make it easier for children to learn if they watch someone else go through the steps first.
