Step1
Take inventory of the way your arms are now. Measure them for width, and decide if you need to lose 1 or 2 inches.
Step2
Eat a high protein, very low carb (but not no carb) diet. Concentrate on fruits, vegetables and vitamin rich liquids; if necessary, consult your doctor for a vitamin supplement.
Step3
Do cardio at least 3 to 4 times a week to help burn excess fat. Take a pilates or yoga class at your local gym to start resculpting your body to look like Madonna.
Step4
Practice yoga poses like the crow pose, downward facing dog and firefly. Some of these poses are Madonna's favorites for strengthening her arm muscles. Integrate pilates for strengthening your core; this way, the rest of your body can catch up to your shapely arms.
Step5
Locate a gym with a Power Plate or something similar. Often robotic vibrating exercise machines can be found at tanning salons or female gyms. Madonna has become a huge fan of this magical machine.
Step6
Keep a healthy schedule and don't eat late or stay up too late as it can impede muscle generation.
