Step 1
Choose from eight sandwiches at Subway stores. Each of these subs contains less than 6 grams of fat. Choices include the Veggie Delight, Turkey Breast and Ham, Chicken Breast and Club Sandwich.

Skip the fatty condiments. The sandwiches are lower in fat because they do not include cheese or mayonnaise which increase the fat content.

Add a nutritional side to your sandwich--either apple slices, raisins or baked chips.

Drink a low calorie beverage: water, diet soda or low fat milk.

Exercise while following the Subway Diet. The diet encourages you to reach your goal weight by participating in moderate exercise each day.
