One of the best things about the change of seasons, from summer's heat to the crisp, cool days of autumn days, is a cup of hot, fresh apple cider on a chilly day. The addition of raspberry adds a tangy flavor and a lovely reddish hue to this old favorite.

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup frozen raspberry juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups orange liqueur

    Hot Raspberry Cider

  1. Step 1

    Mix the raspberry juice, apple cider and sugar in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it simmers, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Remove the mixture from heat and remove the cinnamon stick.

  4. Step 4
