It's a favorite of guys everywhere, not only because it confuses and angers the victim, but because it makes a disgusting mess that the victim will probably have to clean up. Wait until your intended victim is asleep or out of the house. Nighttime is the most ideal time to do this, because your target probably won't notice the saran wrap with the lights off. Even if he does turn the lights on, he'll most likely be half asleep and won't notice it.

Tips & Warnings
You can wrap the saran wrap tightly over the toilet bowl so it's less noticeable, but if you leave a bit of slack in it you'll have an easier clean up, which might be better if it's your house and you don't want a mess all over the walls and floor.
To clean up, just flush. Of course, if you didn't leave the saran wrap slack, you'll have a much larger mess on your hands.
