Latin Aerobics is one of the newest and hottest aerobic dances today. It is something that is offered in many gyms and it is gaining attention from people of all ages. Many people are involved in Latin aerobics and are losing a lot of weight and feeling good about themselves.

  1. Step 1

    Warm up the arm and leg muscles by stretching slowly.

  2. Step 2

    Pay careful attention to the leader and repeat each step exactly as he or she does.

    Listen to the music in order to keep the rhythm with beat.

  4. Step 4

    Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth while doing the dance steps in order to control your breathing and allow for more energy to continue the Latin moves.

    Move the hips from side to side throughout the dance.

    Relax the muscles at the end of the session by stretching slowly.

  7. Step 7

  • You should practice the dance steps every day. The more you practice, the better you become with the dance steps.
  • Don't give up. Latin aerobics is something that is learned over time.
