1. Learn about the market for the type of items you want to show. This includes figuring out the cost per craft item and deciding how many you will need to sell to turn a profit. If you know that other crafters at the show will probably have the same product, think about what makes your product different and better.

2. Crochet more of your products than you think you'll sell. Although some customers will order products, you can sell more if you crochet them ahead of time and have them on hand.

3. Arrange your crochet pieces so that they look good. Just like how cereals with colorful cartoon characters attract kids, you need to display and market your pieces so that they attract customers. Practice how you will arrange your work before the craft show.

4. Bring extra lighting for your display. Sometimes your booth rental will include access to power outlets. Use these to highlight your pieces.
