How to Get Biotechnology Jobs
If you want to work in the biotechnology field, you might get a job working X-ray equipment at a hospital. You could also get a job researching how to get a microorganism to eat and cleanup a hazardous waste site. Here's how you can get a job in biotechnology.

Determine what kind of job you would like. Research different biotechnology jobs. You can do this by searching a database of science related jobs on the Internet. Choose a job or two that you find the most interesting.

Get trained to do that biotechnology job. Again, look at job boards to find out how much and what kind of education you need to get that kind of job. If you want to work machines in a hospital, you might only need a two-year certificate program. If you want to do research, you will probably need a Ph.D.
