Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lemon juice
  • Eucalyptus oil
  • Alfalfa juice
  • Avocado
  • Honey
  • Raw garlic
  • Red onion
  • Herbal infusion of mint, rosemary and parsley
  1. Step 1

Enjoy a warm medicinal bath, every night before bed. Fill the bathtub with warm water and add a few tbsp. of lemon juice and a few tsp. of eucalyptus oil.

  2. Step 2

Drink alfalfa juice every morning, sweetened with a spoonful of honey. Alfalfa juice can be made easily in a blender by adding fresh alfalfa leaves to a bit of water and blending thoroughly.

  3. Step 3

Mix avocado and honey with your dinner. This mixture is thought to stimulate sexual desire in both men and women.

  4. Step 4

Improve sexual resistance by adding more raw garlic and red onion to your diet. It is recommended to eat three garlic cloves and one small red onion daily. Make this task easier by preparing Greek salads to accompany your dinner.

  5. Step 5

Make an herbal infusion combining the herbs: mint, rosemary and parsley. Take 1 tsp. daily.

Tips & Warnings
  • Strengthen your entire body. Eat a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits and natural juices. Make sure that you get at least eight hours of sleep every night. Practice yoga or meditation to relieve excess tension and stress.
  • Bathe in cold water. Fill the tub just enough to cover your genitals and lower belly and relax for five to 10 minutes on a daily basis.
  • If you are not inclined to make your own herbal infusion of mint, rosemary and parsley, you can find individual infusions of each at your local health food store and combine them in equal portions at home.
