Send the list to Mac Tools by phone, fax or e-mail. When Mac Tools receives the list, a representative will send you a pre-paid shipping label and Material Return Authorization Number.

Ship your tools to Mac Tools and wait. If your tools can be repaired, Mac will make the repairs. If the tools can't be fixed, Mac Tools will send a replacement.
