Fine lines are a perfectly natural result of aging, but sun exposure, skin damage and a lack of vitamins and nutrients can make them crop up earlier than expected. Don't worry, Botox isn't your only answer. Just follow these easy steps to reduce the appearance of fine lines right from the comfort of your home.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Drink green and white tea, brewed fresh. These teas are full of powerful antioxidants which have been shown to help reduce the signs of aging including fine lines and wrinkles.
Step2
Take a multivitamin everyday and include foods like spinach and other leafy greens that are rich in Vitamin A and E in your diet. The right balance of nutrients, vitamins and minerals in your diet ensures healthy skin.
Step3
Use a blueberry mask to minimize the appearance of fine lines. Mix 4 tablespoons of blueberries with ½ cup lemon juice in a blender and combine well. Apply the mixture to fine lines with a cotton ball and let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Blueberries contain polyphenols, powerful antioxidants that aid skin health.
Step4
Apply an AHA moisturizer daily. Alpha-hydroxy acids have been shown to minimize the appearance of fine lines and the extra moisture helps prevent additional ones. Most beauty and cosmetic stores carry these creams.
Step5
Wear a high-level sunscreen everyday. Protecting your skin from sun damage prevents fine lines from worsening. Look for makeup that has sunscreen as well. Many foundations and powders now offer sun protection built in.
