A paternity test is a DNA test that determines if you are the biological father of a child. In-home kits which take an oral sample are easy to use in the privacy of your own home. However, the results of a paternity test are not admissible in court unless done in a licensed and accredited facility. A home paternity test is as accurate as a blood test, but it's used solely for peace of mind.
