Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Identify the mirror and the specific spots on that mirror that need cleaning.
Step2
Buy a glass wipe specially designed for removing grease and other stains. You can find the proper de-greasing cleaner or wipe in just about any home improvement store or big-box store.
Step3
Apply the wipe to the glass following the directions as mandated by the product's manufacturer. This typically involves spraying the de-greasing cleaner onto the mirror or wiping it on. Remember that mirrors are just like glass. But because this is grease on a mirror, you'll need to apply extra cleaner to the mirror. Grease is a stickier substance than most things you'll be removing from a mirror.
Step4
Clean the mirror or glass off with standard glass cleaner to make sure the stain does not persist. You might have to apply a second coat of the degreasing cleaner to the mirror to get all the grease off your mirror.
Step5
Wipe a clean rag or paper towel over the de-greasing cleaner and greasy spot on your mirror to dry the mirror and remove the grease.
Step6
Repeat these steps if the grease still remains.
