Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Start by seeing downtown Miami. Most Miami-Dade country bus services can take you to downtown Miami. Stop by Bayside Market Place for a Pina Colada and some bargain shopping. Usually you can listen to live music and enjoy a variety of cuisines and bars.

  2. Step 2

Head to Lincoln Road and the world renowned South Beach area. South Beach is an electric area of Miami with celebrities, the beach, cocktail bars and music. You can stroll along the beach side or take in a sunset at the News Cafe Restaurant.

  3. Step 3

Go to Coconut Grove where you can shop, eat and enjoy some social times with friends and family. Coconut Grove features the Hard Rock Cafe and the Teatro Abanico Theatre. Sample a variety of restaurants such as The Knife Argentinean Steak House and the famous Cheesecake Factory.

  4. Step 4

Take a bus ride or drive up to North Miami Beach area and visit the inland North Miami area as well. Check out Haulover Beach and North Miami Beach and soak up some sun and waves. This area is quieter than South Beach and is home to the famous Bal Harbour Shops and Florida International University. Head to Adventure Mall just up the road for some shopping and fine cuisine.

  5. Step 5

Visit 'Little Havana' for a blast of Latin-Cuban culture. Enjoy some espresso at some of the best Latin cafes and restaurants in Miami. Listen to the Spanish language that will surround you, talk to locals and go salsa dancing at night. Ole!
