How to Reply to One Person in a Group Email
Emailing may seem simple to some, but one day they too had to learn the basics. Many times we get emails from one person, but there are several names with yours that the email was sent to. You don't want to press reply, write personal information, and then have all those people reading the email. Here's how to reply to just one of those people--the sender or another.

1
Look at the top of the email and determine which email address belongs to the person you wish to email privately.
-
2
Left-click just in front of the person's email address. The email address should begin with letters followed by a "@" sign and then the internet server and, finally, ".com," ".net," ".org" or ".edu" at the end.

3
Hold the left mouse button down and drag it across the entire email address. Release and right-click on the mouse. Select the words "copy" from the list.
-
4
Go to "compose" or whatever your email service calls it when you wish to make up a new email message to someone. Insert the email address into the "To" area by positioning the cursor over the "To" box and left-clicking on the box. Then right-click and a menu will pop up. Choose "paste" and insert the email address of the person. Continue on with your reply. You can add a "subject" or leave it blank, then write the message.

5
Click the "Send" button once your message is written and you are sure there is only one email address in the "To" field.

Tips & Warnings
Be careful never to hit "Reply All" unless you want to respond to everyone the person sending you the message originally wrote to. Many office issues start from someone hitting "Reply All" when he should have replied to only one person.
