    Treat Chronic Fatigue With Homeopathics

  1. Step 1

Make a list of your symptoms. Homeopathic practitioners try to treat a condition by giving you an extremely small dosage of a substance that would produce the symptom in a healthy person. Be as specific as you can with your symptoms and get a copy of your chronic fatigue history from your doctor.

  2. Step 2

Bring your list of symptoms to a homeopathic medical professional or an alternative medicine store. Silicea and Gelsemium Sempervirens are common remedies for the lethargic symptoms of the condition. There are other homeopathics, like Ignatia Amara for gastrointestinal problems, that could be recommended to you.

  3. Step 3

Find out whether you can take several homeopathic treatments at the same time. While it is generally medically safe to be on several of these supplements at once, a professional homeopath will be able to tell you whether this type of treatment will still be effective. Some people believe that you should only have to take one homeopathic treatment to address all of your medical problems.

  4. Step 4

Take the homeopathics as instructed. Most of these treatments are taken in a pill form, but there are some liquid and ointment homeopathic medicines. Most pills are taken on an empty stomach 4 times a day by placing them under your tongue and waiting for them to dissolve.

  5. Step 5

Continue taking homeopathics for 2 to 3 weeks before you feel the full results of your treatment. Some homeopaths believe that if you do not experience some results within the first week, you need to try a different supplement.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tell your practitioner about any foods or allergies that you believe to be chronic fatigue triggers.
  • You may want to avoid strong flavors like mint and coffee during your homeopathic treatment. Some homeopaths believe that strong flavors can hurt your palate and make it hard for your body to absorb the remedies.
  • Always talk to your doctor before you decide to replace a prescription treatment with homeopathics. Some medicines must be gradually phased out of your body.
  • Some homeopaths think that you shouldn't touch the pills with your skin. Try using a small spoon or tweezers to take your dose.

Or pour them into the cap and use that to carefully place under your tongue.
