Things You’ll Need:
- Digital Camera
- Batteries
- Memory Card
Step1
Prepare your camera! check your camera to make sure you have fully charge or good battery and enough room on the memory card. check the settings of your camera, for someone who is not very knowledgeable about digital cameras I would suggest you look for the following main settings; Auto, Portrait, Landscape, Scene, Macro, Night Snapshot, Sports or action, video
Step2
With Auto, The camera chooses all the settings so you can concentrate on your subject. use this if you do not know the setting that will give you the best picture in any environment.
Use Night Snapshot to get natural looking pictures with brighter backgrounds and subjects lit by flash. you can use this setting for indoors and outdoors.
Step3
Sports or fast action setting to reduced time lag freezes fast-moving subjects so you won't miss those special shots. use this setting for sports, kids, kids playing and pets.
Step4
Digital Macro
Shoot larger-than-life close ups of small objects to bring out every detail. Very good for close up on babies, flowers, kids and some portraits.
Step5
If you know your way around the pre loaded settings, you can try the manual setting, the manual setting is the ultimate in creative control, you set aperture and shutter speed to get the desired out come. just try shooting in different settings, modes and speed to get great pictures.
