How to Make a Soothing Footbath!

At the end of the day give your tired feet a real lift by soaking in a reviving footbath.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sea Salt
  • Lavender essential oil
  • Rosemary essential oil
  • Bay essential oil
  • Geranium essential oil
  • Rose Petals
  1. Step 1

    Fill a basin with enough warm water to cover the feet.

  2. Step 2

    Stir 1 tablespoon of sea salt into the warm water until it dissolves.

  3. Step 3

    Add:
    2 Drops of Lavender essential oil
    1 drop each of rosemary, bay, and geranium essential oil.
    Mix well!

  4. Step 4

    For a little added luxury and a pleasant aroma, float rose petals on the surface.

  5. Step 5

    Soak your feet in the basin for about 10 minutes or until the water has cooled. Pat your feet dry with a fluffy towel. Finish off by massaging the feet and toes well.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure to test the water temperature before sticking your feet in the basin.
