• Green onions
• Cilantro
• Red peppers
• Vinigar
• Lemon juice
• Jalapeno peppers

1. First add all the dry ingridients into a blender and pulse until you get a fine fine texture
2. Add lemon juice and vinigar slowly until disired flavor is reached
3. Serve salsa over chicken or steaks.
