Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- rolling pin
- elephant atta
- water
- pan
- butter (optional)
Step1
Firstly to make the chapatti dough mix the atta with water and nead it till it becomes a smooth dough. Leave in the fridge overnight.
Step2
Get the pan ready on medium heat. Whilst the pan heats up roll a hand-palm sized dough to a circle, no thicker then 5mm.
Step3
Lastly put the chapatti on the pan for 1 minute before turning it over. When the chapatti starts to bubbly and rise abit turn it over till the whole chapatti rises.
