Ever looked at yourself in a mirror and thought u could do better with your appearance but think u don't have the time? With my easy step by step guide u can keep ur beauty regime simple and look and feel gorgeous within a week, it just takes a few minutes morning and evening. At the end of the week u will feel pampered and relaxed.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Body lotion/moisturiser
  • Intensive conditioner treatment.
  • Handcream, footcream, eyecream.
  • Body exfoliater.
  • Face wash, creamy and exfoliating.
  • Day and night cream.
  • Face masks.
  • Facial steamer.
  • Vaseline/lip balm.

Step1
The first thing you should do before trying out your new beauty products is to have a bath or shower so that your skin is clean and fresh.
Body exfoliation is a brilliant way to smooth skin and get rid of dead skin cells, ideally this should be done twice a week, in the weekend and mid week, no more or you will risk irratating your skin.Then rise it all off, try to do this with cold water as it boosts your skin, leaving it more supple...if you can stand it!!
Step2
Remember ALWAYS, ALWAYS moisturise after you bathe or shower, it puts moisture back into your skin, making it feel soft and smooth. Your skin is your bodys first protection barrier against germs so you must always moisturise to help prolong its elasticity.
Step3
Morning and evening cleanse your face and neck. Use a creamy facewash that suits your skin as these wont be harsh on your skin, like your body, exfoliate your face twice a week to keep it in great condition. Gently massage cleansers in2 your skin and then rise off thoroughly.
Step4
again moisturise your face!!! After everytime you cleanse to replenish lost moisture and to rotect that skin. Start with an eyecream, morning and night, the skin around the eye is delicate and so needs a light cream. Use a daycream with SPF15 all year round. Finally, after cleansing at night use a nightcream. Your skins works most to repair itself when you are asleep and nightcreams enhances this.
Step5
There are several ways to boost your skins radiance, try these:
-face masks, use weekly as these draw out impurities and leave skin soft and clean. Always follow the instructions carefully.
-Facial steamers. Also use once or trice weekly. if you do not have a facial steamer thenuse a bowel full of hot water and put a towel over your head for 5/10 minutes.
Step6
Your hair! If your hair looks soft and shiny then you will feel amazing, its really easy to acheive too. Twice a week, like the body exfoliation, slather your hair, particuarly the length and ends in a intensive conditioning product, leave on for 1-2 hours and rinse thoroughly, finish with a few rinses of very cold water to add extra shine.
Step7
And lastly, before you go to bed, put on footcream, handcream, facial night cream and vaseline or lip balm. you will wake up with these parts feeling so soft and kissable...

Tips & Warnings

  • Apply handcream and vaseline/lipbalm during the day, at least 3 times each. this keeps them soft and protects them from the weather.
  • Drink plently of water and eat plenty of fruit and veg, vital for healthy, glowing skin, hair and nails.
  • Stop smoking and cut down on alcohol, they just wreak havoc with your skin!!
  • Exercise! it doesnt have to be time consuming, just a bit every day or so to keep you trim and glowing.
  • Do not exfoliate too often, it may irritate the skin, twice a week is plenty. also do not use a body exfoliater on the face, they are far too harsh.
  • Don't exceed the stated time given on a face mask, unless you want a bright red complexion and sensitive skin.
