How to remove calluses and have smooth feet

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

1. You buy them at kik-n-it.net, clean tub, remove protective backing, stick to bottom of tub about 8 inches from drain (there is a diagram at kik-n-it.net), let dry overnight and use.
2. While bathing let the water soften your feet (about 5 minutes or less).
3. Rub your soles over the kik-n-it decals wherever you have unwanted skin, calluses or cracks. Use as needed. Apply cream or lotion after bathing.
