Have acne? Dry skin? Want an at home solution that will not only help you relax but will help with those problem areas? Try this!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 Teaspoon ground oatmeal (use your coffee grinder)
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Leaves
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoons Rhassoul Clay
  • 4 teaspoons Spring Water

Step1
Mix ingredients together until smooth. Take it to your bath tub. Get in the bathtub and wash your face with soap and water. Then spread the mask over your face and neck, avoiding your eyes and lips. Allow to dry.
Step2
Don't worry about getting it into the tub. It is great in the bath water too! If you have extra, just rinse the bowl out in the bath water and soak in the clay water.
Step3
Once it is dry, (in about 15 minutes), wipe off with a wet washcloth and rinse. Dab dry with a towel.
Step4
Don't rinse off the residual clay, just leave it on until your morning shower. It'll work all night long.
