Things You'll Need:
- 6 cups of plain rice
- 2 tbl spoons cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 segments garlic

Pound and peel the garlic.

mash the rice with a laddel or Kitchen spoon.

saut or fry the garlic until light brown

Add the rice;Stir it once in a while.

Sprinkle the salt

saut the rice until its dry
