• Sense of smell

1. Pick up a cantaloupe and point the stem end (where the cantelope was attached to the vine) close to your nose.

2. Smell the stem end.

3. A ripe cantelope's stem end will give off that sweet delicious ripe cantaloupe smell.

4. If you don't get that "sweet cantaloupe" smell, select a different cantaloupe and follow above steps until you find one that does !!

5. Enjoy the delicious ripe cantaloupe !!
