If you're a daisy lover there are a few options for showing off your favorite flower in wreath form. Create a wreath out of silk flowers and grapevine that lasts a long time, or make a live daisy wreath to use for a special occasion.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Live daisy bunches
  • Floral wire
  • Double-wire wreath form

    Make a Silk Daisy Wreath

  1. Step 1

Buy silk daisy bushes or individual stems in any colors. Make sure you have between 3 and 4 dozen blooms to use.

  2. Step 2

Cut each bloom with stem from the bush. Use a wire cutter and trim the leaves off the stem. Trim each stem to about 4 inches long using the wire cutter.

  3. Step 3

Stick the stems into a pre-made grapevine wreath. Use a hot glue gun to secure each stem to the wreath under the daisy bloom.

  4. Step 4

Cover the entire front of the wreath to hide the grapevine and only daisy blooms are visible.

  5. Make a Live Daisy Wreath

  6. Step 1

Buy several dozen live daisy bunches.

  7. Step 2

Lay a bunch of about a dozen daisies down on top a double-wire wreath form. Leave the greenery all attached to the bunches.

  8. Step 3

Use floral wire to tie the bunch together and secure it to the wire form.

  9. Step 4

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until the entire form is covered with bunches of daisies that overlap each other.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure all daisy blooms are facing the same direction when overlapping them.
  • This wreath should be used for an event or special occasion. The daisies will last for a day or so before wilting.
  • Remove the blooms and reuse the wire wreath form when you are done with the daisy wreath.
