How to Create a Frameset in Dreamweaver

Frames are sections of a webpage that are independently controlled to create the presentation of the webpage. Often, a frameset is created with the purpose of keeping one or more of the frames on the page static (such as the title or menu) and changing the center, often called the master, frame. Creating a frameset in Dreamweaver is as simple as choosing a few menu options.
