Tired of standing there goading your opponent into a frenzy? Okay, it has it's appeal, watching a 300 plus pound man's veins pop out of his forehead, looking like all you have to do is flick his brain with your finger and all his juice will spew out in a torrential rain. But now he's coming after you and you better have some moves.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • Spandex
  • Biceps
  • Receptive opponent

Step1
Get your spandex on.
Step2
To make it look real, a professional wrestler has to train hard and practice each bone-rattling move before stepping into the ring.
Step3
Let your partner know you are about to Butt Drop him so he can prepare his most dramatic grunts and groans. This should have been choreographed, but wrestlers also use codes, sometimes even saying the move to avoid any injury.
Step4
Get into a position behind your victim, um, opponent.
Step5
With one arm, grab him around the mid section of his massive chest. Using your other arm, scoop and get your arm around one of his tree-trunk like thighs.
Step6
Lift him up over your shoulder. Hold him there as long as you can and roar, popping the veins in your own forehead to show the crowd that you have him at your mercy.
Step7
In a precise little twist of your torso, drop him onto the mat right smack on his butt. Make sure to walk the circuit of the ring, lifting your arms to the approval of the roaring crowd.
