1
De-fog the bathroom mirror. Use a small amount of car paste wax on the mirror, let it dry and then buff it off with a lint-free cloth. The next time you take a hot shower, the mirror won't steam up. Rub a little wax on the faucets and spigots to prevent water spots.

Eliminate mildew in the bathroom. Clean soap scum and water spots from the shower tile. Use a mildew remove and then use an old towel to dry the tiles. Rub on a layer of paste wax and buff it with a dry cloth. Reapply the wax annually.

Use car wax to get rid of white rings on wood furniture. Apply the wax with your finger and trace around the ring. When the wax is dry, buff with a soft cloth.

4
Wax your snow shovel to prevent snow from sticking to it. Apply 2 heavy coats of paste wax to the surface of the shovel before you start working.

Fix a skipping CD. Place the CD on a cloth on a flat surface, damaged side up. Hold the disc in place and wipe car wax into the scuffed area with a soft cloth. When the wax dries, buff it with short strokes along the scratch. When you can no longer see the scratch, wash the disc with water, dry it and play it.
